This 14 point inspection covers all of the following:
- Check thermostat operation
- Inspect contactors, relays & controls
- Inspect wiring for safety and tighten loose electrical connections.
- Lubricate fan motor & bearings
- Check blower compartment to ensure panels are tight & not allowing excessive air leakage.
- Check drain pan for rust, corrosion & slime.
- Check amperage draw of the compressor & motors.
- Inspect evaporator & condenser coils for dirt & dust.
- Inspect any belts for proper tension.
- Inspect electrical disconnect & fuses.
- Check refrigerant level.
- Check the temperature differential.
- Inspect air filter.
